Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States. Shipping is complimentary on every order.

Production and delivery
Every print is produced to order. Production takes 2–5 business days, and delivery takes another 3–4 business days once your order ships — most orders arrive within 5–9 business days. You'll receive an email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way. Orders with more than one print may arrive in separate packages.

Digital downloads
Digital files are available right after purchase from your order confirmation page and your order page, and we'll also email you a download link.

Changes to your order
Orders go into production quickly. If you need to change your shipping address, write to us at hello@sandoramaison.com as soon as possible — we'll do our best, but we can't guarantee changes once production has started.

Something not right?
If your order arrives damaged or with a print defect, our quality promise applies. If your tracking hasn't moved for 7 business days, write to us and we'll look into it.
