Our quality promise
Every print is produced to order and inspected before shipping. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with any print defect, write to us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number — we'll send a free replacement. No forms, no return shipping, no debate.

Returns
Because each piece is printed specifically for you, we don't offer returns for change of mind. If something's wrong with your order, the promise above applies — always.

Digital downloads
Digital downloads are delivered instantly, so they aren't eligible for refunds. If a file won't open or something is missing, write to us at hello@sandoramaison.com and we'll make it right.
